This bicycle can let children experience the fun of riding bikes, 2 years old baby can slide of learning
Three years old baby is free to manipulate, saddle and handlebar can adjust freely according to the height of children. From the baby who dare not lift the feet off the ground to lift off the ground slowly from the ground, is very helpful to cultivate children's self-confdence and a sense of accomplishment.
Tools needed:Please open the carton from the top.
Take out the bike and all parts. Find the small tool box and open it. Take out the tools from the tool box, which include 2 special wrenches. You need also a knife or scissors. Use it to cut the protection tapes on the bike and parts.
Before installation of trainning wheel, please remove the shaft directly protection
film, please do not rotate. (this is to protect the packing parts for packing protect
parts, need not use again).
Instailing the Training Theels
Installing the training wheels:(Installing the training wheels first to make the bicycle stand by itself so that the other parts can be fixed easier. )Remove the protection caps on the axle of the rear wheel. Unscrew the nuts, and put the training wheel on. Then screw on the nuts again. (The both sides are the same).
Before the nuts are fully tightened, you can adjust the training wheel up on down to make the bottom of the training wheel have a clearance less than 5 mm up from ground. Too much clearance between training wheels and the ground may lead to unstable riding or even falling from the bike.
(For safty the nuts should be screwed tightly before riding!)
(The ear of the positioning washer has to be fixed in theclearance of the rear forks. )
Fixing the Front Wheel
(only some of the models needs to assemble the front wheel, other models can ignore this step)
Unscrew the nut and safety hook on both sides of the front wheel axle, loosen the front brake lock nut, insert the wheel into two front fork leg, take the wheel.
Which have one side of the wire on the same side of front fork with a spark plug, put the safety clasps set on the front axle, inserted into the holes in the front fork, Lock nut.
Finally installing waterproof cap nut on both ends at the front axle and rear axle
Fixing the Pedals
Look at the end of the axle of the Pedals and find out which one is for the left and
which one is for the right. Screw the Pedal to the right crank and wrench them tight.
Then the left pedal.
(THE LEFT PEDAL HAS TO BE FIXED ANTICLOCKWISE. )
Fixing the Handlebar
Remove the protect cover from the end of the stem. Place the end of the stem in the mounting. Adjust the handlebar to the right height and direction, perpendicular to the front wheel.
(Please noth the"min insertion"mark on the tube. ) Tighten the bolt on the top of the tube. Put the handlebar pad on the stem. When the handlebar is correctly fixed, the chlid should be able to easily reach the two grips of the handlebar by his/her hands.
Adjusting the Angle of the Handlebar
When the handlebar is correctly fixed, the child shall be able to easliy reach the two grips of the handlebar by his/her hands. If it is needed, you can loosen the fixing bolt in the middle of the handlebar and turn around the handle bar to the right angle then tighten the bolts again.
Fixing the Bicycle Basket
Picture 1:First find out the fixing screw and fixed jaw of the basket from the parts package, then fix it tightly with wrench and screwdriver, and fix the basket and its botton part with screw and gasket, and fix the basket and its support chip with screw and gasket.
(The nuts should be installed outside the basket. )
Take out two fixing belt from the inner bottom of the basket.
Buckle the basket to the handle bar with the two fixing belt.
Besure the basket are in the middle of the handle bar and the two belts are fixed symmetrically
First, wrap the foam core of protection pad round the horizontal tube of the handlebar. Then wrap protection pad round the foam, make it smoothe and stick to the protection cover. Wrap the protection pad of the stem. Fix the water-proof cap in tool on the former rear-axle nut.
Adjusting the Saddle
lf the height of the saddle is not good for the child, please release the quick release of the saddle post and adjust the height and direction of the saddle. Tighten the quick release to fix the saddle post to the right position.
(The tension of the quick release`s bolt can be adjusted by rotating the quick release handle! Please note the minimum insertion mark on the seat post shall be insert to the tube and can not
be seen outside after fixing)

Checking and Adjusting the Brake
Checking and Adjusting the Brake:
(1)On the occasion that one side of the clearance of brake rubber is smaller than that of the other side, screw in the adjustment bolt or screw out the adjustment bolt on the other side. Then test the brake lever to see the effect. Do the adjustment again if necessary, until the clearance of the two sides are same. until the brake works well.
(2)If the clearance of both sides are too far or too close (should be within1-2mm), the brake cable adjustment bolt should be loosen. Then use one hand to press the two brake rubbers to the right position and pull the brake cable to its tension. Tighten the brake cable adjustment bolt. Test the brake.
Do the adjustment again if necessary, until the brake works well.
Adjusting Calliper Brake
lf the clearance of both sides of the brake rubbers are too far or too close to the rim(should be 2-3mm), loosen the bolt fixing the cable end. Then use one hand to press the two brake rubbers to the right position and pull the brake cable to its tension. Tighten the brake cable adjustment bolt. Test the brake. Do the adjustment again if necessary, until the brake works well. On the occasion that one side of the clearance of brake rubber is smaller than that of the other side, tighten the brake fixing bolt on the rear side of the front fork bellow the head tube of the frame to make the brake rubbers to the right position. Test the brake lever to see the effect. Tighten the bolt again or slightly loosen the bolt if necessary until the clearance of the two brake rubbers are same.
Adjusting the Band Brake
If the effect of the band brake is not satisfactory, loosen the bolt fixing the cable end after the spring. Then use one hand to press the spring to the right position and pull the brake cable to its tension. Tighten the brake cable adjustment bolt. Test the brake. Do the adjustment again if necessary, until the brake works well. After a period of use, check the band. If the band worn out and become thin, screw in the two bolts outside the brake drum to get the right brake effect.
lmportant information before first use
Parents/guardians shall be aware of the following important information before you allow your child to use the bike:
—There are potential risks caused by improper use of the bike. Parents/guardians shall take the responsibility to guide and supervise the child before and during the use of the bike to ensure the safety of the child.
—The bike shall only be used in the garden, nurseries, playground and pavement. public road use is prohibited.
—Only allow your chlid to ride the bike while wearing a cycle helmet.
—Teach your child how to use the bike, how to balance, steer and brake. Continue to assistant the child until he/she can ride and stop safely and independently.
—Keep away from the wet, uneven road during the use of the bike.
—Check the bolts and nuts to ensure they are tightened before each use.
—Check the function of the brakes before each use. adjust it if necessary.
—Make sure the child wear strong shoes without lace and trousers to ride the bike.
—Always wear helmet during riding.
Checking before Riding
Check your bike before every ride:
1. Make sure the saddle and handle bar are adjust to your personal need.
2. Make sure the bolts are well tightened.
3. Make sure the pressure of the tyres are proper before riding. If the tyre is worn or got hurt, change it before use.
4. Make sure the brakes are working.
5. Check the head sets by swing the handle bar when holding the front brake. If clearance can be felt inside the head set, adjust the head set.
The chain adjustment
Chain loose: remove waterproof cap, loosen the nuts and washers, disassemble the two trainning wheels, loose two axis both sides nut, pull the rear wheel.
After the pull, to chain the consistence, and then lock the nut lock. Chain tight, (axial direction) to the rear wheel forward chain consistence again. Then lock the nut.
The accessories of the bike may be different from time to time, which may include bags, carriers, stickers, water bottle, basket etc. You can also buy them from local dealer.
The accessory list:
Some models provides the accessories such as a spike, bells, touch-up decals, customers can install or paste according to need.
1. Check all the bolts after a period of riding. Tighten the loosing bolts to avoid possible malfunction or lose of parts which may lead to safety problem.
2. Clean the bike if needed. Wipe the parts with dry clothe after the bike used in wet or muddy conditions, to avoid rusting of parts. If water have to be used to clean the dirt, dry it with clothe immediately.
3. Check the brakes before riding. If the brake rubber or band is worn out, change before next use to avoid safety problem.
4. Make sure the pressure of the tyres are proper before riding. If the tyre is worn or got hurt, change it before use. Do not bump the tyre too much for the first time riding or in the summer to avoid damage of the inner tube.
5. Lubricate the rotating parts from time to time to make sure they are turning well.
6. Adjust the saddle and/or stem to make sure the comfortable riding of the rider. Make sure the safety sign on the seat tube and stem not be seen outside. Adjust the saddle to make sure the right direction by loosen the quick release tightening the seat tube, making the adjustment and tighten it again.
7. Do not expose your bike outside for long time. Keep away from moisture and causticity conditions.
